I have been using Crossloop Screen Sharing for a while now and it’s not too bad. Had trouble getting my clients to install the software but once that’s set up I can troubleshoot no problem. Today my friend introduced me to Join.me, which does the same thing from their site and you do not need to tell your client to install software or sign up. If you are sharing your screen or if they are sharing theirs they just need to download a little java app.
From today’s experience I find that it’s easier experience than Crossloop but I did try to control his screen but I am told that it can be done.
There is also a feature to talk and it is more usable than Crossloop. Worth checking out.
